Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie (To Die For!)

Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie (Fast, Sweet, Creamy)

Strawberry Cheesecake that’s good for you!

That’s what this smoothie reminds me of and it’s one of my favorites for it’s taste and simplicity.

Ingredients

  • 5-6 medium to large frozen strawberries (I use organic strawberries when possible)
  • 1/3 cup of Greek Yogurt or alternative yogurt
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 1/2 lemon juiced or more (don’t skip this)
  • 1 cup milk of choice (I like almond milk)

Blend!

That’s it!

Notes:

If you like yours really creamy, I recommend full fat Greek yogurt.

I garnish sometimes with a crumbled oatmeal cookie or granola for a little bit more of that cheesecakeish vibe. For a little more decadence, add a drizzle of melted dark chocolate right on top! Mmmmm!

Want to hire me to re-work one of your family’s favorite recipes?
