Make Your Own Homemade Greek Dressing

This delicious Greek-inspired dressing goes great with a salad or with a Mediterranean Quinoa Bowl!

Ingredients

  • ⅓ Cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ Cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • Juice from ½ Lemon (about 2 Tablespoons)
  • 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder or 1 Clove of Garlic Minced
  • ½ Teaspoon Oregano
  • ½ Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • A few grinds of freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ Teaspoon Coarse Ground Kosher Salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients into a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake until emulsified.

Can store for up to one week or pour half of this mixture over the quinoa salad, stir then add more to taste as needed.
