This delicious green smoothie tastes just like Spring!
With green smoothies on one end, you have “too healthy” tasting smoothies and it seems like you are drinking a glass of grass. On the other end, you have so much sugar it is worse for you than dessert.
This smoothie sits perfectly on the delicious spectrum without having as much sugar as the franchise smoothies, but you won’t even notice since it is so tasty!
Ingredients
- 1/2 Green Apple (Or 1/4 Red and 1/4 Green)
- 1/2 Cup Cucumber
- 1/2 Cup Zucchini
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Banana
- 3 – 4 Ice Cubes
- 1/2 – 3/4 Cup of Water (or coconut water)
- Mint
- Clover Sprouts (optional)
Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
Garnish with additional Mint and Clover sprouts as desired.
