That’s what this smoothie reminds me of and it’s one of my favorites for it’s taste and simplicity.
Ingredients
5-6 medium to large frozen strawberries (I use organic strawberries when possible)
1/3 cup of Greek Yogurt or alternative yogurt
3-4 ice cubes
1/2 lemon juiced or more (don’t skip this)
1 cup milk of choice (I like almond milk)
Blend!
That’s it!
Notes:
If you like yours really creamy, I recommend full fat Greek yogurt.
I garnish sometimes with a crumbled oatmeal cookie or granola for a little bit more of that cheesecakeish vibe. For a little more decadence, add a drizzle of melted dark chocolate right on top! Mmmmm!
